Didn’t like it? No worries! You’ve got 5 days from the day it arrives to return or exchange it. Quick, right?

🔁 First Exchange = Free!
Wrong size? Changed your mind on the color? We’ve got you. Your first exchange is 100% free — we’ll handle it all.

🚚 How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Keep it Neat
Make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and with all tags. Pack it up just like it came — invoice and all.

Step 2: Visit Our Return Center
Click a few buttons. That’s it. Super easy.

Step 3: We Pick It Up
We’ll schedule a pickup in 3–5 days.

⚠️ Second Time? Small Fee.
Already returned or exchanged once for the same order?
You can ship it yourself.
Or we pick it up for ₹100. (We’ll send you a link to pay. Pickup happens after that.)

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer (you’ll be asked for your bank details at the time of return request).

📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Free gifts or promotional items
